RACE Service provides towing services and driver hire services (part-time and full-time) to vehicle owners through mobile applications, phone calls, WhatsApp, or other supported booking channels.

2. Service Booking Policy

• Customers must provide accurate details at the time of booking, including location, vehicle type, and service requirement.
• Incorrect or incomplete information may lead to service delays, cancellation, or additional charges.
• Service availability depends on location, time, traffic conditions, and availability of drivers or towing partners.

3. Pricing & Charges

Service charges are calculated based on distance, time, vehicle type, service nature, and urgency.

The final price may vary if:

• Service requirements change at the service location
• Pickup or destination location is altered
• Waiting time increases due to customer delay

Any additional charges will be informed to the customer before proceeding, wherever possible.

4. Payment Policy

• Payments can be made via online payment methods or cash, as supported by RACE Service.
• Customers are required to complete payment after service completion or as per booking terms.
• Failure to make payment may result in account suspension or legal action.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Customers are advised to cancel bookings as early as possible.
• Cancellation charges may apply if the service provider has already started or reached the location.
• Repeated last-minute cancellations may lead to account restrictions.
• RACE Service reserves the right to block users who misuse the cancellation facility.

6. Service Execution Policy

Customers must be present at the service location at the scheduled time. Any delay from the customer side may result in additional waiting charges or service cancellation.
